Our Mission
Tech-Jobs is an online 10-week program designed to provide support and training for Black and African American students with disabilities pursuing careers in technology. Developed in collaboration with both community members and researchers, our program’s mission is to prepare and motivate students to successfully find high quality employment in their field.

Tech-Jobs interventions aims to both increase college completion rates and employment opportunities of Black and African American students with disabilities. Participants will be paid.
Eligible participants are Black/African American
college students with disabilities who:

are currently enrolled in a participating college and pursuing a technology-related degree

identify as having a disability

are their own guardian
